Poolside Perfection from POLYWOOD

Posted on 7th May 2019 at 12:59 pm by Victoria Malcolm / 0

The weather is a little cool and wet in the UK at the moment, but it will not be long until we can soak up some summer sun next to a pool. Hotels, holiday villages and leisure providers are getting their gardens and outdoor pool areas open and ready for the influx of sun worshippers and swimmers and that means checking, cleaning and maintaining their outdoor furniture.

Traditional garden furniture materials such as wood will need to be oiled or painted before use and may need some TLC to ensure the items are free from warping, splitting and splinters. Metal chairs and tables need to be checked for rust or the splitting or any powder coatings and plastic furniture checked for splits and cracks. Chlorine and salt water from pools and beaches can wreak havoc with outdoor furniture, as will wet swimming clothing, damp towels, hours of sunshine and stains from drinks.

POLYWOOD outdoor furniture is the perfect choice for businesses operating outdoor leisure and entertainment areas. Crafted from recycled HDPE plastic it is extremely durable and low maintenance. Salt water and chlorine will not affect POLYWOOD at all and it can be left outside all year round without risk of cracking, warping or breaking. Snow, frost, rain and UV will not affect POLYWOOD outdoor furniture so businesses can offer customers a comfortable seat outdoors even in the winter and use vital indoor storage for storing other equipment. The only maintenance POLYWOOD outdoor furniture requires is a wash with soapy water if it gets dirty.

The POLYWOOD collection includes comfortable sun loungers with fully adjustable backs, relaxing deep seating, outdoor dining sets, traditional-style garden benches, rockers and gliders and the classic Adirondack.
